Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle – by Tom Venuto. (Diet is an essential component of bodybuilding. If you don’t eat properly, your efforts to both build muscle and burn fat will fall short. Tom Venuto teaches the diet aspect of bodybuilding in a clear and easily understandable way. Highly recommended for all levels of bodybuilding.)
Rapid Fat Loss Diet – by Lyle McDonald. (There will be times when you want to lose fat as fast as possible because losing fat is a daunting process that will fill you with self-doubt and resentment if it seems to last forever.
Rapid Fat Loss Diet will help you safely lose 4-7 pounds of fat and 10-20 pounds of weight in 2 weeks. I successfully used the Rapid Fat Loss Diet to lose about 10 pounds in 2 weeks, on two separate occasions with great results. If you are on the heavier side, the book teaches you how to safely extend your rapid fat loss diet beyond 2 weeks, until you achieve a body fat level you aspired for.
Also, you will want to lose fat without losing your muscles -or losing as little muscle as possible- and the book teaches you how to do that. Highly recommended for anybody who has excess fat in their body and wants to lose it as fast as possible.)
