4 Steps to Quick Weight Loss
Step #1) Get the right tools
Get these tools to track your weight loss. What gets measured gets done.
Step #2) Start counting your calories
To create the most caloric deficit, you have to know where your calories are coming from.
I recommend you to count your calories (at least for a week).
In this article I shared my own way to count my calories and macros. It’s easy to do with today’s technology.
When you learn where your calories coming from, half the battle is won.
Step #3) Learn how much caloric deficit you can create
Step #4) Create a diet plan
The more caloric deficit you create, the more fat you will lose.
To make your weight loss as fast as possible, you have to make your caloric deficit as large as possible.

How many calories you can cut will depend on your current body fat and your exercise schedule.
It’s beyond the scope of an article to cover everybody’s diet plans.
You have to create your own plan according to your current body, age and gender.
