First, you have to understand why your face is fat.
When you gain fat, you gain fat to all your body.
You even gain fat to your invisible body parts like your nostrils.

The main cause of your fat face is your body fat.
There’s no such thing as spot reduction.
When you lose fat, the fat on your face will disappear.

Obesity is the biggest problem of our age. People are getting fatter and fatter. The so called experts can’t solve the problem because what they are telling you about weight loss is false.

Carbs cause water retention in your body. When you stop eating carbs you will lose water weight. You will lose some water weight from your face too.

As I mentioned before, to lose weight, you have to be in a state of caloric deficit.
There is no other way around this.
There are 3 types of nutrients that have calories: Protein, fat and carbs. (Alcohol has calories too but it’s not a nutrient. It’s off-limits for the rapid fat loss diet anyway.)
You need protein to survive. Protein is the first nutrient you should eat. When you are on a diet, you need to eat even more protein.
So, you can’t save calories from your protein when you are on a diet.
Fats are also essential nutrients to survive. While fat is essential, you don’t need to eat too much fat during a diet. You can cut down significant calories from reducing your fat intake.
Carbs are not essential nutrients. You don’t need carbs to survive.
If you eat less than an estimated 100 grams of carbs a day, your body will enter ketosis and start producing ketones.
Ketones will make your body survive without carbs.
So, the fastest way to lose weight is a high protein, low fat, no carbs diet.
