I had a fat face and a double chin before so I know how frustrating it can be.
The face is our most visible body part. You see your face every time you look in the mirror.
Maybe you can hide your fat belly or fat ass by some dressing tricks but your face is up there, all naked like a full moon all the time.
Even a full beard can’t hide a fat face because the fat on your cheekbones and your neck will still show and your face will look big.
There are millions of people on this planet who actually have good facial genetics but their fat faces make them look ugly.
It’s a shame that too many people waste such an advantage.
A Lean Body Means a Lean Face
Having to see your fat face staring back at you in the mirror can be frustrating.
I hated my chubby cheeks and double chin. I feel embarrassed when I look at old pictures of my face.
I don’t have a fat face anymore. After trying many different diets and failing over and over, I finally figured out how to lose face fat.
First, you have to understand why your face is fat.
When you gain fat, you gain fat to all your body.
You even gain fat to your invisible body parts like your nostrils.
Do you have a harder time breathing from your nose when you gain fat? It’s because of the fat you gain inside your nostrils.
Some of the fat you gain will go to your cheeks, neck, and chin.
When you have a fat body, you will have a fat face. Period.

In the first picture, I have a fat body, a fat stomach, and a fat face. In the second picture, I have a lean body, a flat stomach, and a lean face.
Note that I also have a double chin on the first picture which completely disappeared after losing weight from all over my body.
The main reason your fat face is your body fat.
There’s no such thing as spot reduction.
When you lose fat, the fat on your face will disappear.
Simple as that.
