Every fat person on the planet wants to lose weight.
I see fat people in the office who are always on diet.
I see fat people in the gym, busting their asses on the treadmill.
Despite their efforts, almost all these people never lose any weight.
They look exactly the same. Day after day, week after week, month after month, year after year.
I’m not talking about a weight loss plateau.
I’m saying that they are not losing any weight whatsoever.
Why is that?
You are eating more calories than you are burning.
In other words, you are not creating a caloric deficit, which is mandatory to lose weight.
It’s as simple as this.
Unless you have a serious medical condition (in which case you should be seeing a doctor), the only reason you are not losing weight is you eat more calories than you burn.
The Reasons for Your Inability to Achieve a Caloric Deficit
There are 2 reasons for this:
- You are underestimating the calories you eat.
- You are overestimating the calories you burn during exercise.
4 Steps to Solve the Problem
Step #1: Start counting your calories.
Write down every single thing you eat including minor items like chewing gum and vegetables.
Check out my tips for reducing your calorie intake.
Step #2: Cut out the bullshit.
If you are wasting your time with useless efforts like drinking green tea, eating six small meals, trying not to skip breakfast etc. stop doing these now.
These tactics don’t work and never will.
Step #3: Stop making these mistakes.
99% of the people make these mistakes when they are trying to lose weight.
Avoiding them will save you a tremendous time and effort.
Step #4: Start measuring your progress.
When you are on a diet, you should start seeing your weight going down within only a few days.
If you don’t see any immediate decrease in your weight, you have to interfere.
Measure your weight and waist circumference every morning.
Record what you measure.
Build graphs for observing where your efforts are going.
Now you know exactly what to do when your diet is not working.
None of the solutions I offer are difficult.
They actually simplify your life.
You will cut out the bullshit, stop wasting your time with details and get to the core of the problem.
If you follow these 4 steps, you will start seeing the numbers on your scale drop consistently.
Losing weight is not easy but you can do it.
Start now and never quit.
